You will establish and drive new relationships and strengthen existing relationships with publishers. You will be customer focused, entrepreneurial, a proven self-starter, and have the demonstrated ability to invent.

Within this role, you will:

• Be an expert relationship manager and communicator, who works closely with publishers up to C-level to ensure Amazon customers can find any book in our store, download it quickly at a great price and have an excellent experience reading it.
• Be responsible for specific publisher level metrics around selection, subscription participation, and profitability
• Become an ebooks expert who understands industry trends, the competitive environment and readers' needs - and innovates in response.
• Work closely with leaders across the Kindle organization - locally and globally - to ensure we continue to develop new services and products.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and automation

This position can be based at London.
