Technical Requirements: • Primary skills: Technology->Full stack->.Net Full stack Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end delivery of .NET Fullstack applications, owning both backend services and frontend implementation. • Design and implement scalable backend components using .NET, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability. • Build and optimize modern UI features using Angular, focusing on usability, responsiveness, and accessibility. • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements, estimate work, and plan iterations with clear technical milestones. • Drive code quality through reviews, refactoring, and enforcing engineering standards and best practices. • Mentor team members, unblock delivery challenges, and support technical decision-making across the squad. • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements. • Ensure secure development practices, including input validation, authentication/authorization patterns, and safe API design.
