Java Cloud Lead

Build scalable APIs and backend components with strong focus on performance, resiliency, and maintainability. Architecture & modernization Contribute to solution design for cloud migration/modernization initiatives across Azure and complementary AWS/GCP environments. Apply cloud design patterns (stateless services, caching, async processing) and ensure systems meet availability and scalability goals. Quality, security & reliability Implement automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices to improve release quality and delivery speed. Partner with security and platform teams to ensure secure coding practices, secrets management, and compliance with cloud security controls. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize applications in production; perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive fixes. Collaboration & leadership Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to refine requirements, estimate effort, and deliver iteratively. Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering standards, documentation, and reusable components.
