Technical Requirements: • Primary skills:Technology->OpenSystem->Python - OpenSystem - Django Good to have skills: REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, Docker Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership & Delivery • Lead end-to-end delivery of Python/Django applications, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability • Drive technical design discussions, architecture decisions, and implementation strategy for complex modules • Mentor developers through code reviews, pairing, and guidance on best practices and patterns • Own estimation, planning, and execution with a focus on predictable delivery and risk management Engineering Excellence • Establish and enforce coding standards, testing practices, and CI/CD-aligned development workflows • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement long-term fixes • Ensure secure development practices, including authentication/authorization and data protection controls • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions Minimum Qualifications: • 9–11 years of overall software development experience with strong expertise in Python • Strong hands-on experience building web applications/services using Django • Solid understanding of RESTful API design, backend architecture, and scalable application development • Experience with unit/integration testing, debugging, and code review practices • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree: BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC Preferred Skills: Technology->OpenSystem->Python - OpenSystem->Django
