Technical Requirements: • Primary skills:Technology->ETL & Data Quality->IBM Infosphere Datastage Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using IBM InfoSphere DataStage to support enterprise data integration needs. • Build and optimize DataStage jobs (sequences, parallel jobs) with a focus on performance, scalability, and reusability. • Write and tune SQL queries to support extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities. • Perform data profiling, data quality checks, and end-to-end validation to ensure accurate and consistent outputs. • Troubleshoot job failures, analyze logs, resolve production issues, and implement preventive fixes to improve stability. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical ETL specifications. • Maintain technical documentation for job design, mappings, dependencies, and operational runbooks.
