Front End Engineering

Technical Requirements: Frontend engineering,React/Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, UI Engineering Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Lead front-end engineering efforts across UI initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery and predictable execution. • Translate product and design requirements into scalable front-end solutions with strong attention to usability and visual consistency. • Build and maintain responsive, reusable UI components using HTML, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React/Angular). • Define and enforce front-end architecture patterns, coding standards, and best practices for maintainability and scalability. • Drive UI performance optimization (rendering efficiency, bundle size, load time) and improve overall user experience. • Ensure accessibility and cross-browser compatibility across supported platforms and devices. • Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth end-to-end user flows. • Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and contribute to technical decision-making and sprint planning. • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes. Minimum Qualifications: • BTECH, MTECH, MCA, or MSC. • 6–8 years of experience in Front End Engineering with strong UI delivery ownership. • Strong proficiency in HTML and TypeScript for building maintainable front-end applications. • Hands-on experience with React and/or Angular in production-grade applications. • Solid understanding of UI engineering fundamentals including responsive design, browser behavior, and component-based development. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering) to deliver user-facing features.
