Technical Requirements: Good to have skills: SQL, SAP HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, ETL Concepts, Data Warehousing & Dimensional Modeling Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Analyze business reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into SAP BW technical designs. • Develop and enhance SAP BW objects such as InfoProviders, DataStore Objects (DSO/ADSO), InfoObjects, transformations, and process chains. • Build, schedule, and monitor data loads; troubleshoot failures and ensure timely, accurate data availability. • Perform performance tuning for data models, queries, and load processes to improve runtime and system stability. • Support production operations including incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and preventive improvements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate data, reconcile results, and maintain data quality standards. • Create and maintain technical documentation for developed objects, data flows, and operational procedures. • Contribute to integration activities involving SAP BW and Snowflake, supporting data movement and validation across platforms. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP BW development and support. • Strong understanding of SAP BW data modeling concepts and end-to-end data loading processes. • Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting process chains, data loads, and BW objects in production environments. • Ability to work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver reliable reporting-ready datasets.
