Technical Requirements: • Primary skills:Technology->Functional Programming->Scala Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end development of Scala-based applications and services, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability. • Design and implement concurrent and distributed components using Akka, including actors, routing, supervision, and fault-tolerance patterns. • Build and enhance web services and APIs using Play Framework, following clean architecture and modular design principles. • Own build, dependency, and release management using SBT; optimize build pipelines and enforce consistent project structure. • Drive code quality through reviews, refactoring, and establishing engineering standards, patterns, and reusable components. • Collaborate with product and technical stakeholders to refine requirements, estimate work, and deliver predictable outcomes. • Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and support troubleshooting of complex production issues.
