Team Lead

The Team Lead provides daily leadership and first-line support to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role supports the supervisor by coordinating workflow, resolving issues in real time, reinforcing standardized work, driving continuous improvement, and developing team capability. The Team Lead may perform production tasks, training, or lead the team in the supervisor’s absence. Shift: 1st shift - 6:00 am-2:30 pm M-F with week day and weekend overtime as needed Key Responsibilities Promote and enforce safety rules, PPE use, and ergonomic best practices. Act as a Safety Champion; respond to and address safety issues and Andon calls. Support 5S, workplace organization, and safe behaviors through daily coaching and audits. Provide first-line support for operators; respond quickly to abnormalities and workflow disruptions. Organize and prioritize jobs to meet takt time, throughput, and production/warehouse goals.
