Project Test Lead

Within Medium Voltage China Hub organization, as Project Test Lead you will be in charge of new product development project verification & validation You will be the single point of contact for all stake holders regarding test status synchronization: design, quality, scrum master, industrialization, quality, purchasing, and you will be accountable of compliance of IEC, IEEE/UL, GB standard. Main roles and missions: •Involve in MV R&D project, leading test related activities •Support to set up verification plan and lead the process, provide testing expertise and analysis for issue solving •Define product validation and certification plan, lead the mass production/pilot run stages •Synchronize project test status with project members to ensure project TTM and quality •Plan and manage budget for project testing and certification •Develop and maintain test network outside SE, third party test authority Skill requirements: •Bachelor or above degree, major in Electrical Engineering & Automat
