Plant Finance Controller - Red Oak, TX

Schneider Electric has a hybrid opportunity for a Plant Finance Controller in Red Oak, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for a blend of Project Controlling and Plant Controlling activities. You will be responsible for providing cost control for end-to-end project execution in Prefab business in North America with special attention to plant performance. You will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of Key Internal Controls, good communication and the ability to provide valuable insights and recommendations. Responsibilities: Perform financial analysis and monitoring for various projects and plant operations. Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures. Analyze project and plant performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with project managers and plant management to provide financial guidance and support. Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for deviations from budget
