The Application Design Engineer – Customer Project Support is a hands-on technical expert responsible for helping customers, System Integrators, and project teams successfully deliver EcoStruxure Automation Expert (EAE) projects. The role focuses on reducing project risk, accelerating deployment, solving technical challenges, and ensuring successful adoption of EAE across customer applications. The person works directly with customer project teams throughout the project lifecycle, from architecture definition and technical validation to implementation support, troubleshooting, commissioning assistance, and lessons learned. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, the Application Design Engineer helps customers overcome challenges, apply best practices, and leverage EAE effectively in real-world applications.
