You'll lead a dedicated team, partner with suppliers to solve complex quality challenges, and drive measurable improvements across the supply chain. The Supplier Quality Lead — leads day-to-day supplier quality operations for the plant's HVAC component and materials supply base. This role owns supplier problem resolution, corrective action, and quality metrics, and leads a team of supplier quality engineers to reduce defects, strengthen supplier performance, and improve overall product reliability. The position requires strong quality engineering fundamentals, hands-on supplier management experience, and the leadership skills to plan, prioritize, and direct the work of a supplier quality team.
