Basic insight on the function and working principle of parts in the product, as well as the parts and products qualification/validation 3. Mastery of project management 4. Responsible for NPI (New Product Introduction) of new offers and PEP (Product Evolution Process) of existing offers, as project lead/sub-lead in Plant. 5. Technical lead on QVE(Quality Value Engineering) and support on Localization/CoS(Change of Supplier)/Tooling Renew, etc. 6. Production support to ensure production running smoothly 7. Technical support on product quality, including but not limited in providing technical solution, problem solving, root cause analysis, quality improvement, etc. 8. Closely work with R&D team to ensure product robustness, product evolution, and new product development. 9. Support other
