Tender Engineer (Technical Proposals)

Mission As a Tender Engineer in our Project Business, you will turn customer requirements into technically strong and commercially competitive solutions, supporting the tender process from early pre-sales through to the final offer. This is a hands-on technical and coordination role where you will shape the technical solution, collect key inputs, and build the offer together with Sales, customers, Schneider Electric factories, Product Managers and external partners. You don’t need to know everything from day one – if you have a good technical foundation, curiosity and willingness to learn, we are ready to support your development into the role.
