Join our new Plant 2 facility in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, and play a key role in launching and scaling production operations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a start-up manufacturing environment, helping establish downstream planning processes and supporting a successful production. This position is part of a plant ramp-up initiative and will play a key role in establishing processes, supporting operational growth, and driving successful production scale-up from day one. What will you do? Support the launch and ramp-up of a new engineer-to-order manufacturing plant and new production lines. Lead and support the downstream planning team to ensure a smooth flow of orders through production, with a focus on material availability, on-time delivery, and effective management of production complexity.
