Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of production equipment while driving continuous improvement through preventive maintenance programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, analytical, and technical skills, with a proven ability to develop teams, solve complex equipment issues, and support operational excellence.
