Principal Project Quality Lead

The Principal Project Quality Lead (PQL) is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of project quality are managed and maintained across project and throughout their lifecycle. The PQL will collaborate with various departments to oversee quality assurance and control activities, identify potential quality issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations. Scope & Environment The PQL reports directly to the Solution Center Leader (or to Solution Center management member) and dotted line to 1SOL Customer Satisfaction & Quality.
