What will you do? Develop technical solutions for electrical system opportunities, including power distribution, backup systems, and multi-system integration Ensure bid competitiveness and compliance by optimizing equipment selection, interfaces, and engineering budgets Collaborate with opportunity leaders and tendering teams to mitigate technical risks and enhance proposal quality Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering colleagues on complex or escalated issues What are the key skills we are looking for? Problem Solving — advanced level; identifying technical risks and optimizing proposals under tight deadlines Electrical Distribution Systems — intermediate level; designing power architectures for HV
