Principal, Embedded Software Technical Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Firmware Technical Lead to lead the development and delivery of embedded firmware solutions for advanced embedded products. The role combines hands-on technical contribution with technical leadership, team mentoring, and project execution responsibilities. The candidate will serve as the primary technical authority for firmware development teams while ensuring successful delivery of high-quality, reliable, and secure firmware products. Key Responsibilities Firmware Development Lead design, development, integration, and validation of embedded firmware solutions. Develop and maintain firmware using Embedded C/C++ on ARM Cortex-based MCUs. Design and implement: Bootloaders, Secure Boot Mechanisms, Firmware Upgrade Managers Device Drivers, Middleware Components Develop low-level drivers for ADC, PWM, UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, and RS485 peripherals.
