RCA Engineer/Technical Report Writer

Schneider Electric’s Cooling Business Unit is passionate about helping our customers meet their Datacenter Cooling needs. In this position, the RCA Engineer/Technical Report Writer will manage the expert analysis process within the Cooling business and is responsible for product collection, analysis, report creation, and submission. The RCA Engineer must collaborate with their internal colleagues and external vendors to perform such tasks. The RCA Engineer plays a crucial role in the customer experience by providing root cause analysis reports to our customers which communicate the cause of failures and mitigation plans. This position requires an engineer with strong technical writing, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to quickly develop systems knowledge and work effectively in a highly matrixed organization comprised of technical professionals.
