Senior Plant Finance Analyst

Schneider Electric has an onsite opportunity (5 days a week) for a Senior Plant Finance Analyst in Mount Juliet, TN. The role requires an on-site, in-plant presence – remote work will be allowed situationally and on an as needed basis, but the expectation of this position is that your on-site in plant presence will be required 5 days per week. In this role, you will support the financial performance and cost discipline of the Mount Juliet manufacturing site, acting as a finance partner to Operations, Engineering, and Site Leadership. The role focuses on fixed cost control, Capex governance, and plant project controlling, ensuring strong financial transparency and alignment with NAM and Global Supply Chain finance standards.
