Senior Procurement Engineer

Position Summary The Senior Procurement Engineer is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that ensure the timely availability of direct materials while optimizing total cost, quality, delivery, innovation, and sustainability objectives. This role leads supplier sourcing and management activities, contract negotiations, cost reduction initiatives, risk mitigation programs, and strategic procurement projects. The position collaborates closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Global Procurement teams to support business growth, continuity of supply, and operational excellence. As an experienced individual contributor, this role operates with a high degree of autonomy, influences sourcing decisions across the organization, and provides guidance to less experienced procurement professionals.
