Location: Schneider Electric – Red Oak, TX Department: Logistics / Warehouse Reports To: Warehouse / Logistics Supervisor Position Summary The Warehouse Skilled Operator supports efficient warehouse and production operations by handling materials, operating equipment, and applying industrial heat shrink wrap to protect electrical and industrial components for storage and shipment. Key Responsibilities Safely move, load, and unload materials throughout the facility and yard. Operate combo lifts and robotic systems to transport materials. Pick, pull, receive, and verify materials against packing lists. Inspect shipments for damage or shortages and document discrepancies. Prepare equipment and pallets for shrink wrapping. Apply industrial heat shrink wrap using approved tools to ensure weather-resistant protection. Perform quality checks before and after wrapping to meet packaging standards.
