Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Human Resources Manager (HRM) at our Mechanicsburg, PA Distribution Center. The HR Manager position works in partnership with the management team in leading HR processes including total rewards, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, wellness, learning, organizational efficiency, and employee relations. This position will be directly reporting to the HR Director for the Logistic department in North America. What will you do in this role?
