As the Service Planner your role is to schedule Schneider Field service representatives & External Service Partners and parts to fulfil our customer services requirements - these include Assessments, Start up, PMV (Preventive Maintenance visit), Emergency Callouts. You will act as the glue connecting our customers, internal stakeholders, and external service partners/suppliers to meet our clients’ needs. You will validate time, materials & expenses reported by internal FSR /external Service Partners required in the service process.
