Retirement Plans Specialist

Schneider Electric has a hybrid opportunity for a Retirement Plans Specialist in one of the following hub locations: Westmont, IL ; Dallas, TX ; Raleigh, NC ; Boston,MA or Nashville, TN. The Retirement Plans Specialist is responsible for aspects of the governance, administration, compliance, and financial oversight of the Company's U.S. and Canadian retirement benefit programs. This role manages pension administration activities, annual audits, regulatory filings, and third-party vendor relationships to ensure compliance with applicable legislation and regulatory requirements. The position serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, external auditors, actuarial consultants, trustees, and third-party administrators, while supporting an exceptional participant experience for plan members.
