Supply Chain Planner Buyer

Schneider Electric is seeking a motivated individual for the position of Flow Controller / Supply Chain Buyer to join our Plant II team at our new medium-voltage Engineer-to-Order (ETO) campus in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. This role is responsible for balancing supply and demand, managing material flow, supporting production scheduling, and ensuring product availability across the supply chain. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing, supply chain planning, and SAP-driven materials management within a manufacturing environment. This position is part of a plant ramp-up initiative and will play a key role in establishing processes, supporting operational growth, and driving successful production scale-up from day one. What Will You Do? Ensure the balance between customer demand and available resources (MRP) for raw materials, components, subassemblies, and finished products by managing customer requirements and replenishment backlogs. Coordinate production scheduling activit
