SEO & AI Search Manager

We are seeking an experienced SEO & AI Search Manager to lead organic search and AI discovery strategy across EnergySage, Qmerit, and EV Connect. This role will drive visibility, traffic, leads, and brand authority across traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms, including Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI-powered search experiences. Working cross-functionally with content, product, engineering, analytics, PR, and marketing teams, you will shape how our brands are discovered, understood, and cited across the evolving search landscape. What will you do? · Develop and execute SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies across three brands and multiple B2C and B2B audiences. · Identify high-value keywords, topics, questions, entities, and customer journeys to grow organic visibility and qualified leads. · Optimize websites and content for traditional search and AI-powered discovery, including Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, and Perplexity. · Collaborate with engineering to imp
