UPS Service Engineer

Supporting the installation of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems Conducting regular inspections and test runs of UPS systems Conducting on-site investigations, identifying the causes of faults, and carrying out repairs Providing technical recommendations for upgrades or replacements during inspections and repairs Liaising with customers regarding maintenance plans and preparing service reports What are the key skills we are looking for: [MUST] Experience as a Service Engineer or in a customer-facing role Knowledge of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems and related engineering tasks, such as installation, maintenance, and design [WANT] Knowledge of power supply equipment used in data centers Business-level proficiency
