Senior Field Service Representive

A PCS Specialist is responsible for providing preventative maintenance and repair services on ASCO equipment located at the customer’s establishment. The PCS Specialist operates independently in the field with limited supervision and demonstrates mastery of all brands of Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), perform complete PCS start up on projects unassisted as the lead technician. Demonstrate proficiency of all ASCO communication products. A PCS Specialist must be able to successfully complete and demonstrate all functions and responsibilities of an FSR and a SR FSR This is a designated travel position where a qualified PCS Specialist travels to customer sites for extended durations. The PCS Specialist is assigned to jobs such as complex mods or startups that can last more than a year and include overseas assignments.
