Sr. Quality Engineer

Schneider Electric has an excellent opportunity for a Sr. Quality Engineer position at our facility. In this role, the individual will have the responsibility of planning, developing, and executing a diverse range of quality improvement projects and programs, leveraging extensive knowledge of quality and manufacturing processes, and leading a team of Quality Technicians. What will you do? Supervise a team of Quality Technicians Monitor and report key quality metrics for product lines Manage quality-related production line disruption and alerts Execute root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for product and process defects including customer complaints Lead PFMEA activities for product lines and ensure Process Control Plans are applied Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities such as 5S, SPS, Kaizen, and Six Sigma projects Lead implementation of new digital quality tools Assist in maintaining and improving a quality system based on ISO9000 standards and co
