Role Purpose The Business Title: SAP Administrator [The purpose of the SAP Administrator role is primarily to ensure that customer contracts and purchase orders are accurately recorded in the ERP (SAP) system. This is done after confirming all necessary internal approvals and verifying compliance with Schneider Electric's Chart of Authority (COA) and guidelines. Additionally, the role involves issuing invoices to customers that meet both governmental tax requirements and customer specifications.] Responsibilities/Activities Acquire comprehensive knowledge of Schneider Electric's COA and guidelines related to order booking. Accurately input customer orders into the ERP (SAP) while adhering to these guidelines. Manage the invoicing process for all orders (including Projects POC/NPOC, service contracts, RMA, and ZGOR orders via Buy Automation).
