Customer Project Specialist About the Role We are seeking a Customer Project Specialist to manage complex customer projects from order receipt through final delivery and post-sale support. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact between customers, distributors, contractors, manufacturing facilities, and internal sales teams to ensure successful project execution and an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and can successfully manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. What You'll Do Own customer projects from purchase order receipt through delivery, invoicing, and post-sale support Conduct project handoff meetings with sales teams and assume responsibility for project execution Coordinate with distributors, contractors, and customers regarding project status, timelines, and requirements Manage shipment sched
