Services Quotation Associate

Job Responsibilities: Pre-Booking: Register or update installed assets under correct customer accounts. Create or update CPQ quotations, submit for required approvals, and update bFO opportunity details. Assist with customer bill-to account creation and updates in CMS and Flowtime. Administrative Support to Sales: Maintain and update opportunity lines to ensure accurate sales processing. Provide administrative support to the Services Remote Sales team and cross-functional stakeholders. Pre-Sales Quotations: Prepare service renewal quotations for distributors, three-phase UPS, cooling offers, on-demand requests, and qualified leads. Ensure quotation completeness and accuracy prior to release. Data Quality & Compliance: Maintain accurate records across CPQ, bFO, Apollo, CMS, and Flowtime systems while adhering to established governance and quotation workflows Job Requirements: Any Bachelor's Degree; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
