Manufacturing Readiness Manager

Schneider Electric is seeking a Manufacturing Readiness Manager to lead the deployment of new manufacturing capacity across North America in support of our growing Modular Data Center business. Reporting to the Director, NAM Industrial Deployment, this role serves as the key operational leader responsible for transforming approved investments into fully operational manufacturing capability. The successful candidate will lead complex greenfield and brownfield expansion projects, ensuring facilities, equipment, systems, supply chains, and operational readiness activities are aligned and delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
