Join our production team as a Senior Operator II and take the lead in operating and optimizing automated cell equipment. This is a hands-on role where your technical skills, problem-solving ability, and commitment to quality will directly impact our manufacturing success. What will you do? Set up, configure, and calibrate automated machinery to support efficient and high-quality production runs Operate and monitor equipment performance, making real-time adjustments to maintain optimal output Perform quality inspections and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure standards are consistently met Partner with maintenance teams and provide input on equipment upkeep and process enhancements What are the key skills we are looking for?
