Manager - R&D Embedded System (Linux)

We are seeking a skilled Embedded Software Developer with strong experience in IEC 61850 communication protocol and Linux-based embedded systems development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions for industrial/energy automation products such as IEDs, protection relays, gateways, or SCADA systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for real-time systems. Implement and integrate IEC 61850 protocols (MMS, GOOSE, SV). Develop and optimize applications on embedded Linux platforms. Work on communication stacks, networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP). Perform system integration, debugging, and performance tuning. Develop low-level drivers and middleware components as required. Collaborate with hardware, system, and testing teams. Ensure compliance with industry standards (IEC 61850, IEC 60870,MODEBUS etc.).
