Manager, Power Systems Low Voltage Offer Team

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to manage the Power Systems Low Voltage Offer Management team. This team owns the market strategy and commercial performance of switchboards, power panelboards, low voltage motor control centers, low voltage switchgear, and integrated products. The leader will guide offer strategy, product launches, go-to-market enablement, pricing, positioning, promotions, and lifecycle performance while building strong partnerships across Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Pricing, Marketing, and Operations. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Build, lead, coach, and develop a highly effective team of offer managers, setting clear priorities and accountability while preparing future business leaders.
