Service Engineer

Power Systems Division – Service Engineer - internal job title (Generalist Service Representative II) Working as part of the Schneider Electric Ireland Service Team, you will provide maintenance, operational support, fault diagnosis and lifecycle services for MV & LV equipment at a fixed customer location. The role focuses on maintaining the reliability, safety and performance of installed electrical distribution systems in accordance with Schneider Electric standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. Typical work includes routine preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, equipment inspections, technical fault finding, asset management activities and customer support. The position does not involve project delivery, installation projects or commissioning activities. You will deliver high-quality customer service supported by the wider Schneider Electric Ireland teams while maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to improve equipment
