VIE - HR Project Officer - Ballerup

Contribute to the execution of Secure Power Division's global People Strategy by coordinating talent management processes and initiatives, leadership development programs, and strategic HR projects. Partner with the Global HR Team and key business stakeholders to strengthen leadership capabilities, develop talent pipelines, enhance employee development, and support critical people decisions across the organization. What will you do? Talent Management programs and initiatives Support the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of global talent programs aimed at developing future leaders and critical talent populations across Secure Power. Support the development and career progression of key talent communities, including Enterprise Capabilities Fast Track (ECFT), Electrifiers, and Global Top Talents (GTP). Support deployment of the New Company Program and culture transformation initiatives. Coordinate leadership programs and promote awareness of Talent Philosophy across the organ
