What do you get to do in this position? Lead the development and continuous improvement of a comprehensive sales training strategy that aligns with business goals of the organization. Design programs and curriculum, partner with internal subject matter experts to achieve defined learning and development objectives helping to define competencies across all service sales lines of business.
