Warehouse Supervisor

This position is accountable for supervising, coordinating, training and developing one or more groups who are engaged in receipt, warehousing, order filling, packing, shipping or processing of returned material. Supervises, organizes and assigns work to ensure it is completed in accordance with internally established procedures, good management practices, quality and safety. Shift Hours: Mon - Fri, 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM What will you do? • Accountable for daily performance against Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Inventory Accuracy and Cost metrics. • Reviews and communicates shift KPIs including OTDS, Productivity, Capacity, Backlog, Inventory Accuracy, Quality Defects, and Safety performance.
