Conformity Assessment Engineer

Schneider Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a motivated individual to assume the role of Conformity Assessment Engineer for our medium voltage products. In this role you will work with development teams primarily in the US and Spain, and report into the Conformity Assessment group under External Affairs. As the conformity assessment person, you will coordinate between engineering and external bodies such as UL. spread in our factory locations in the US and Mexico. What do you get to do in this position? Lead negotiations between Schneider design engineering and outside testing laboratories, to maximize the value of test plans. Guide and train engineering staff and others in understanding the requirements to maintain product Listings.
