Leader- Centre of Excellence- EcoStruxure Automation Expert

Mission: Lead the UK&I EcoStruxure Automation Expert (EAE) Centre of Excellence, driving technical excellence, commercial growth, and customer adoption of next generation open software defined automation solutions. Partner with sales teams, customers, and global stakeholders to accelerate business growth, enable successful project delivery, and position EAE as the preferred automation platform across industrial markets. Responsibilities: Lead, develop, and coach a team of technical and pre sales specialists, ensuring best practices, technical excellence, and alignment with EAE commercial strategy and technology roadmaps. Support sales teams, customers, system integrators, OEMs, and partners throughout the full project lifecycle by designing solution architectures, demonstrations, and technical proposals that drive EAE adoption and business growth.
