Deputy Manager - Quality

Key Responsibilities: In-process inspection of panel fabrication, wiring, assembly of partial finished panels. Inspection document readiness of PLC, LV drives, MV drives performed at Factory. Co-ordinate with TPI inspection agency for carry out inspection for Electrical & instrumentation equipment. If required attend critical inspection in-person. Lead quality initiative like six sigma, 5S, offer safety, ISO certification. Conduct field feedback review & provide feedback to engineering, Manufacturing. Participate in root cause analysis, vendor evaluation etc. 3 to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing of panel industries. Analytical problem-solving skills. Strong debugging capability. Effective communication and technical documentation skills. Ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers. Customer-focused approach with strong teamwork skills.
