Product and System Excellence Leader

The Lead Product Owner and System Integration is accountable for the strategic direction and business outcomes of the Digital Energy Software portfolio comprising multiple related Power Management and Building Management System (BMS) product offerings. The role requires deep, hands-on domain knowledge across electrical power monitoring, metering, power quality, protection, energy management, HVAC and building automation, supervisory control, field devices, and their integration with edge supervisors, SCADA platforms and cloud offerings. It translates customer, market and business needs into a coherent portfolio vision and leads end-to-end software system integration testing, product quality and TPO activities across edge, supervisory, SCADA, connectivity and cloud capabilities. The position combines portfolio-level product ownership, leadership of Product Owners, software system integration test leadership, quality governance and controller hardware lifecycle accountability to deliver
