Responsible for managing large customer project orders from initiation to closeout. Ensures alignment with customer requirements, including drawings, specifications, and bill of materials. Acts as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with Field Sales and internal teams to validate purchase orders and technical/commercial details. Oversee full project process: order prep, manufacturing release, shipment, post-shipment support, and financial reconciliation.
