Senior Engineer I, Industrialization PCB Assembly Process

Output professional and valuable DFM deliverable to R&D for high performance of manufacturability/quality/cost Early involve design to cost for highly competitive PCB/PCBA design. Define PCBA manufacture strategy/process flow& specification. Evaluate project process cost(VA)and tool investment(CAPEX). Work with quality people to make out main quality deliverables (PFMEA, Quality control plan) Manage project PCB/PCBA prototype making in supplier Provide PCBA/PCB process support to transfer and localization projects Provide training to =S= employee on PCB/PCBA process Continue to support legacy offer for process simplification and manuf cost evaluation Education: Bachelor Degree of Electronics Engineering, Industrial Automation Job Related Experience: At least 8 years’ experience in electronic industry and at least 5 years professional experience in PCBA industrial domain (not total 8 years, but 5 years in this area.)
