Customer Project Manager - Motivair Location: Lancaster, NY (Onsite) What will you do? The Customer Project Manager is responsible for overseeing customer projects from proposal through deployment, ensuring successful execution of project plans while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role serves as the primary liaison between Motivair and the customer, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risk throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead projects from sales proposal through deployment using established project delivery processes. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, resources, schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Serve as the primary customer interface throughout project execution, fostering strong customer partnerships and ensuring customer expectations are met. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Application Engineering, Pro
